Adolf Hitler learned how to drive cars while in the Army (WW.I), but never got a driving-licence for it.
After WW.I, it was not long before Hitler allowed himself one luxury - an automobile. Hitler purchased a secondhand Selve 8.30PS/1920 with funds that one party member said "he had drummed up in a mysterious way from someone - not only his own money." This car... was a rattling monster. Those who saw it said each end of the car looked as if it were going a different way at the same time." Nevertheless, Hitler thought that having an automobile conferred a certain dignity on him and the party, and never again was he seen taking a tram or bus."

Unbekannte Autos in Moskau sind Baujahr 1931 Lincoln Modell KA. Ob sie unter Liscenz gebauten Autos oder importiert weiss Ich nicht.

Lincoln Modelle wurden nicht in Lizenz von den Russen gebaut.

Ergänzend zu meinen Einlassungen aus 04.2011 kann ich nun meine seit April neu erworbenen Buchtitel nutzen:
Wohl hat man noch um den Jahrzehntwechsel 1930/31 Musterwagen von GM und Ford (Lincoln gehört seit 1922 zu Ford.) ins Land kommen lassen, eine (öffentliche) Zurschaustellung fand nicht statt - im Gegensatz zu jenen, bereits reichlich erwähnten Buick-Ablegern ...,
